Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new, unaltered and unused condition. All returns are subject to validation and approval at New Company’s discretion.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- must not be a sale item
- due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products, nail clippers, nippers and tweezers are non refundable and non returnable
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
You may return merchandise to our physical store in Miami to avoid shipping costs. However, if you choose to mail your return to us, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately by phone or email. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. However, if the return was not a result of our error, we are not able to refund your original shipping charges.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:
1. For purchases made in our store
Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return and the sales receipt to our store, and ask one of our associates to assist you in making a return.
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original purchase that include the original receipt (or can be verified in our system using your member account), will be fully refunded via the original form of payment. Otherwise, the refund will be made in the form of an in-store credit.
2. For purchases made online
An online purchase can be returned to us by mail or by bringing it to our physical store. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.
Returning your online order to our physical store
To avoid return shipping costs and speed up your refund, you may bring returned merchandise to our physical store.
Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return to the store with its original email order confirmation, and all original packaging materials. If you are unable to locate your email order confirmation, you can print it by logging in to your account.
If you return the product within 30 days of the original purchase and it's accompanied by its original email order confirmation, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment. In all other cases, the refund will be made in the form of an in-store credit.
Returning your online order by mail
If you choose to mail your return to us, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.
If you return a product within 30 days of the delivery date, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment. If payment was made with a store Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of a New Company Gift Card.
